2. Description of Service
MyRolodex is a concierge management platform that enables organizations to manage member relationships, service requests, vendor coordination, and communications. The Service includes web-based tools for case management, messaging, reporting, and team collaboration.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring your team members comply with these terms
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or unauthorized content

- Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
- No refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MyRolodex and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service, but grant us a license to use it as necessary to provide the Service.
8. Third-Party Integrations
The Service may integrate with third-party services (such as Twilio for messaging or Stripe for payments). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party services.
9. User-Stored Sensitive Data
The Service allows organizations to store information about their members and contacts, including notes and custom fields. You acknowledge and agree that:
- (a) You are solely responsible for the data you choose to store within the Service, including any payment card information, financial data, or other sensitive information.
- (b) The Service is NOT certified as compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Storing certain payment card data, including card verification values (CVV/CVC), full magnetic stripe data, or PIN data, may violate card network rules and applicable laws.
- (c) MyRolodex expressly disclaims any liability for your decision to store payment card data or other sensitive financial information within the Service. You assume all risk associated with such storage.
- (d) You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyRolodex from any claims, damages, or penalties arising from your storage or handling of payment card data or other sensitive information.
- (e) We strongly recommend using PCI-compliant payment processors (such as Stripe) for storing and processing payment card information rather than storing such data directly in the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyRolodex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination in accordance with our data export procedures.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

16. SMS/Text Messaging Program
Program Name: MyRolodex Concierge Notifications
Description: Organizations using MyRolodex may send SMS messages to their members for service request updates, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and concierge service communications.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on service activity.
- Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

SMS consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
